
Monday Detox: Come yoga away the effects of a well lived weekend. This sweat inducing class is vinyasa based and recommended for all yogis.
Intermediate: This class is for experienced yogis who understand that yoga is much more than just stretching. Come prepared to sweat and challenge yourself in more ways than one.
Beginner Yoga: People who are new to yoga should attend this class but it is also for experienced yogis who want to move at a slower pace.
Hot Yoga: The name says it all. This challeging yoga class is taught in a room heated to 100 degrees. Please attend this class with a big beach towel and a water bottle. Think sweaty.
All Levels: Yoga in its purest form. This class will have it all including advanced poses. Attend this class and expect to have at least one "aha moment."
Prenatal Yoga: For our pregnant Yoginis. Strengthen and open the body in prepatation for the natural process of pregnancy and delivery. Learn poses to relieve common discomforts of pregnancy. Enjoy the sacred space to connect to the new growing life. All levels of experience and stages of pregnancy are welcome. Please get a yoga "okay" from your Obstetrician.
Core and Restore: We begin with breathwork to release chronic holding, followed by core strengthening, and end with restorative poses supported with blocks, straps and bolsters to release shoulders, hips and spine. This class is appropriate for all levels.
